Adventurous, open-hearted and passionate, Anne’s „why“ is to create space for others to show up to the world as their best selves. A trained therapeutic yoga specialist, anatomy nerd and mindfulness teacher, she is an advocate for movement, mental health and kindness. Through her work as a full-time yoga and meditation instructor, she has taught over 4,500 hours in yoga studios, offices, schools, and universities. She is also the founder and director of Bubble Yoga Studios & Academy. Inspired by Nature and a curious mind, her teaching focuses on how the way we move and breathe on our mat translates to our daily actions. Anne’s teaching aims to inspire others to believe in their own capacity to grow and know themselves, to find a sense of home and meaningful connections through community. She believes in and advocates for „yoga for all.“

We’re often taught to move first, then relax. But what if stillness came first — not as an ending, but as a beginning?
Inspired by the rhythms of nature and the wisdom of the Five Elements from Chinese medicine, this class invites you to soften into the ground, to listen inward, and to let the nourishment of stillness awaken something within. Through longer-held nourishing shapes paired with gentle acupressure points, we build the kind of presence that naturally wants to move. From there, breath becomes motion, unfolding into a fluid meditative flow that’ll leave you feeling grounded, spacious and alive – ready to meet your day a little more connected to yourself, and to the world around you.

This one’s for the curious and playful yogi, and anyone who like to surprise themselves doing things they didn’t know they could!
In this upbeat workshop, we’ll explore what arm balances can actually teach us – about strength, focus, and committing to trying. Expect fun warm-up drills, smart principles you can apply to any pose, and step-by-step breakdowns of the classics (think crow, side crow, flying pigeon & more…).
You’ll challenge yourself, cheer each other on, and probably laugh a fair bit. Whether you’re hoping to fly off for the first time or refining your technique, you’ll find something to work with – and something to celebrate.
All levels welcome. Just bring your hands (and a sense of humour).
