Freitag 6. November 14:00 – 17:00
Pre Festival Workshop (This Workshop you book indenpendendly to the Festival ticket. The workshop is accredited with 3 CPD credits for teachers)
Beautiful Backbends
A thoughtful exploration of backbending designed to help you build strength, mobility and confidence. Move through a progressive asana sequence, beginning with floor-based preparation and bridge variations before gradually building towards flowing salutations, lunges, chair variations and Skydriver backbends. From there, we’ll explore camel variations and supported holds, allowing time to experience the work rather than simply move towards a deeper shape.
The focus is not on how far you can bend, but on how intelligently you can move. Together, we’ll explore spinal integrity, controlled extension, strength and the subtle art of creating space without forcing or compressing. A workshop for anyone wanting to understand their body and backbends more deeply and to discover that greater depth can come from greater awareness, not greater effort.
Freitag 6. November er 18:00 – 20:00

Maha Vinyasa
A complete Vinyasa Krama journey and Michael’s signature practice series. This practice weaves together breath, movement, meditation and the deeper wisdom of yoga, creating a practice that is both dynamic and deeply embodied. Accessible yet profound, Maha Vinyasa invites you to explore the relationship between effort, awareness and the art of moving with intention.
Sonntag 8. November 14:00 – 16:00
The Great Unwind
A slower, nourishing practice dedicated to the hips creating space to move, soften and let go. Move with intention and practice with purpose, come and enjoy longer-held postures that invite a little more ease and freedom into the body. This is a practice of opening without forcing, of listening rather than pushing, and of giving the body the time and space it needs to unwind. Come as you are. Leave with a little more space.
