Discover “Yoga Stability” with Meredith Cameron
Discover familiar yoga poses that are mapped out, explained, brocken down and then put back together so that you are fully functioning

Meredith’s approach is insightful, with alignment focus and a love for props. When the body is properly aligned, using geometry, it fits and folds perfectly into itself. Learn to:

  • Giving space to your organs and creating efficiency in your body.
  • Use your bones to learn your boundaries on your yoga mat, versus overextending yourself, by using your muscles. Our bone structure can be a measurement tool as to how much or how little we “should” twist, touch our toes, and find stability in other poses and transitions.
  • Use repetition as a tool, to create more awareness and give yourself the opportunity to redefine, reshape and recalibrate as you show up to life each day.
  • How you can translate all of this back into a vinyasa practice and keep yourself safe and FEELING GOOD.

Cleaning it Up: Move with leverage versus effort

Finding angles and talking about the differences of moving and setting up poses with bones versus muscles.
It’s not about being too tight or too loose, too flexible or too stiff. A shape is a shape and it all gets reconciled when form is formidable. You use something the proper way, and it will clean up. This workshop is all about setting up familiar yoga poses in a more stable way.

Connection, Stability, and Moving Things Through.

Let’s set up the conditions to connect all of the pieces of ourselves. Let’s translate what we’ve learned today into the flow – the flow on our yoga mats and the flow of our life. We will also be staying stable, inspired and insightful with a touch of restorative yoga to flush our joints.
